Whether you agree or disagree with what is going on in the United States recently, according to illegal immigration, the only thing that matters is doing the right thing…doing the right thing for the children and their families.
The act of taking children away from their parents is detrimental to their well being…no matter what the reason is, no matter what the policies are, no matter how old the children are, no matter where they are from, no matter if they are entering our country illegally, no matter what…PERIOD!
Children need to stay with their parents. There needs to be a change in the laws, rules, and/or procedures for people entering the US illegally. Something else needs to be happen to rectify this inhumane situation. We know they are entering the country illegally, but why? Maybe we need to get to the bottom of the reason why so many are choosing to risk their lives and well being; we need to come up with a better solution than what we are doing now; then, and only then, can we solve this situation.
What can we actually do? I don’t have the answers, but I am sure other people, perhaps those in political positions, can solve this HUGE problem we are facing today.
Let our voices be heard. Let’s think about the children in this whole scenario and not the politics, or anything else. The only thing that matters is the children. Let’s figure out something other than what is actually happening to these families…
What can we do about illegal immigration other than what is actually being done? Solutions? Ideas? Thoughts?
